Downed line

My cable line has been on the ground for over a month. I have requested lineman numerous times to come and put this line back on the pole on my property and reconnect the permanent line to my home. I currently have a temporary line connection to the main cable that is on the ground. All scheduled service appointments with the downed line department have been ignored. I have gone to the Xfinity store twice and before that made numerous calls to customer service. Still no one calls or comes. Over a month now. This is just ridiculous.
