hello! 

Yesterday my xfinity line for my internet was found in the middle of the road. I reported this issue yesterday and I have not heard from anyone or have had it fixed. I fear this is a safety concern and I am worried that it won't get fixed right away. I also need wifi for work since I do work from home. Is there anything more I can do to speed this process?

When your service is impacted and the line is in need of repair we would schedule an appointment. When the line is impacted but service is not, then this would be a different type of ticket.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
