downed line

i have had a downed line for 10 days now and every ticket i make disappears, i have even text chated with i live agent that told me i would her from a technition in 48 to 72 hours..tech did a no call no show and ticket poofed away again, i have had to get family member tie the line up onto whats left of the second anchor thats broken so i could have groceries brought into the house with out some one hurting themselves on it. a stiff breeze will knock it down again. going to try the customer support phone number -if i can find it- next, getting a bit agrivated with being blown off
