downed line

After a storm a branch brought down a line along a public staircase easement. The line crosses in front of a persons home entrance. We thought it was an ATT line and they sent someone out THAT DAY only to report that it was a Comcast/Xfinity line. We have been completely unable to reach ANYBODY at Xfinity and it has been WEEKS. [Edited: "Language"] guys?

The line is located in Mill Valley California on a staircase easement between Bayview at Bernard and Summit Avenue. PLEASE FIX IT.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
