Downed line

Impossible to contact someone real so I'll try here. There is a downed line in my yard posing a fire risk, tripping risk, it is across my truck. The xfinity services uave already been restored in my area. Please someone help me with this I need to get a tech out, I rely on the internet for work as well so this is also a hindrance
