Downed line

I have a downed line in my backyard and I put in 2 reports but both were quickly closed. Yet the cable is still laying in my backyard. How do I get someone to fix it?

Hi there, user_wx7w6q! Thanks for reporting the downed line to us! You did the right steps to get this taken care of. The steps you took open a ticket on your account for our Dispatch team. They then schedule a visit and close the ticket. The visit stays open until completed though the ticket gets closed. I checked your account that you logged into the Xfinity Forums with and a visit for this is scheduled for Tuesday, 5/14, with an arrival time of 5-7 PM. You don't need to be home for the visit since it is done outside. I will reach back out here to ensure the work is completed and hope you have a nice weekend!
