Downed line with no response
I reported a downed line on 7/8 after beryl came through houston. I have had no response other than the automated email and the Xfinity assistant chat bot won’t let me talk to a real person. The line has gone from somewhat hanging across the road to ripped down from the pole now. Assumably a vehicle drove into it.
