Downed line since may and property damage

I need help with an unresolved property/line issue that has been sitting on my property since May 2026.

A Comcast/Xfinity truck came onto my property and became stuck in my yard. A second vehicle had to come down and pull it out. I have video documenting the incident.

Afterward, a Comcast/Xfinity line was left lying on the ground in my yard and has remained there since May. I have photographs and video documenting the situation.

I have tried repeatedly to get this resolved through customer support and the online reporting system, but the reporting system just failed when I attempted to submit another ticket.

I need someone to address the line, the property damage/yard issue, and the fact that this has remained unresolved for months. I am also concerned about the safety of my cats with equipment/lines left in the yard.

I am requesting appropriate credit for the length of time this has remained unresolved, along with proper repair/removal of the line and resolution of the property issue.

Please have someone who handles field/property issues contact me. I can provide the photographs and video documenting what happened.

Good afternoon @user_c4qypt, and thanks for taking the time to report this to us. Our team can submit a ticket to our tech ops team to address the line and the property damage. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can get started.
