Downed line, call tree is worthless

I called to report a down cable line due to a tree down in our backyard. I was offered to be sent a link to be able to report it but the link never arrived. I was not able to reach a representative.

I also don't receive 2FA texts, so there is probably some underlying reason Xfinity texts didn't get through

@user_3n3fdg I am sorry you are running into issues contacting us about a down line. Has the tree been removed already?

Not yet. I've contacted DTE and it might be 24 hours before they cleared the tree
