Downed internet cables

On 7/14/24, a large tree fell on the power lines outside my house, severing my neighbor's internet line and causing mine to hang very low in my backyard off the pole, causing a hazard. I have submitted two hazardous conditions and heard nothing, and it seems like there is no number to call to check on status. How do I let a person know these cables are downed? It's been over two weeks at this point and nothing has been done.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
