Downed Comcast/Xfinity line at my parent's home

Hi,

I would like to report a fallen/downed Comcast/Xfinity line at my parent's home.  Part of the line is hanging low and down on the ground across my parent's driveway.  We had BGE come out to take a look at the line (fearing it was a powerline) but the technician who came out said it was not their equipment.  My parent's has FIOS and it is still working so we think it is probably a Comcast/Xfinity line.

My parents are not a customer but I am a Xfinity customer and request that you send someone out to take a look and fix it.  I can give you their address in a private message.  Thanks for any help.
