Downed Comcast wire
I have been trying for two day to report the wire to my neighbor's house is down on my property. This [Edited: Language] AI system assumes I want to report an issue with my service. I don't have an issue with my service, I just need the wire addressed.

Hello, @XboxFan thank you for taking time to follow up. I'm not sure where you're attempting to report the downed line. The best place to do that, if you can log in is here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue
I can also ensure a ticket is submitted for the downed line as well, and would need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
