Downed Comcast wire in back yard
Tried to phone the information, unsuccessfully.
Your your communication wire (NOT power) in my back yard has become (mechanically) disconnected at one end so that is in the bushes. The bushes are periodically trimmed.
You need to send someone out to fix this before it fails electrically and we loose TV and internet.
Address is (Edited: Personal information). Problem is on the east side of the lot (the wire is north-south).
Please advise what and when this will be resolved.
Your having a phone number is a waste of everybody's time and money. If the question does not fit into your pigeon holes, it hangs up on you.
