user_mcs2x6 Thanks for reaching out to us for help today with getting the line issue addressed for you. We are happy to help get the line back where it should be as quickly as possible for you to make it safer for your home, and neighbors. I'll need some information to put in a ticket to get it fixed for you please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I am not a Comcast customer and the line is no longer operational/associated with an account. Please let me know how to proceed.

user_mcs2x6 That's okay. I'll still need information from you in DM to put in the request. The information isn't required to be connected to an account, but the address is needed for where work needs to be done, and your contact information in case someone from the construction team needs to reach out before they send someone. Having an account isn't required to get the work order in I promise.
