Downed coaxial lines
I called customer service Tuesday of last week. I had called to report that the cable going to my house for TV and internet had dropped down over a residential road to the point it was going to get snatched off the pole. Customer service asked where the wire was located etc and said they would have someone come by the next day before it caused an issue. Some time between 8am and 2pm. I was fine with this.
Wednesday, no call no show. Thursday, no call no show. Friday rolls around and I heard it when the wire got ripped from the pole. Stepped outside to confirm the cable was down and it was. While looking at the downed wire there is an Xfinity technician van complete with a ladder rack high enough to catch said cable.
I figured it would have been easier to just take out the slack out of the low hanging line but too late now. At least they're here working on it.
The tech stayed most of the day, and left around 2pm. I received no information from the tech. I called customer service again to see what the status of the situation was and was told that service order number attached to it was still open and the technician would be returning. I didn't expect anything would get done over the weekend, and my expectations were accurate. Here it is Monday, no call, no show and no Cable/internet.
I've checked to see if this service request was listed under my appointments under my Xfinity account and there is nothing.
Is there anything I can do or anyone I can contact in order to get results on something like this? Customer service can really only put in the service request.

Hello, @user_b7c27b thank you for sharing this experience. I promise we will take the right steps to help. Sometimes these work orders are not associated with your account, so they may not display as an appointment. But let's take a closer look, so we can know for sure! When you have a chance use the Direct Message icon on the top right side of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." Once we locate your account we can get you all the information you need about the cable line being worked on.
