downed cable wire

I have a new second home that doesn't have Xfinity service yet, but does have a Comcast/Xfinity cable line down at the rear corner of the home. The home also has an AT&T wire affixed to it and within one day they have repaired their wire. I cannot make contact with anyone at Xfinity who can provide a service technician to go out and make the repairs to the line

. The downed wire is a hazard and could result in a fall or tripping hazard.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
