Downed Cable Wire for over a week still no ones come out

I've opened two tickets, one online and a second with an actual comcast rep on the phone.

First one: #[Edited: "Personal Information"] (opened Friday Feb 27th)

Second one: #[Edited: "Personal Information"] (opened Tuesday March 3rd)

The wire is on the ground and along the driveway and needs to be resecured to the house, due to the winter storm we had in Massachusetts.
