Downed cable lines
On August 7, 2023 a storm hit my neighborhood and took down many trees with lost power. The next day power was restored yet my internet is still down. Your website says there is no outage; however myself and my 2 neighbors still do not have internet. It is clear as day that there are downed cables but you feel it I my router. And yes I have followed your troubleshooting to the letter. To make matters worse I witnessed an Xfinity truck drive right by the downed cables. So they clearly did not investigate any issues. So why does website tell me there is no outage when there is an outage? Also your website says that 2 or more houses have to be affected. Well myself and my neighbors have called about the issue.

Thank you very much for reaching out to our team here @user_ec75c8. I would be happy to check on any serve issue from here for you after that storm. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_ec75c8 are you in Carroll County, MD area by chance? I'm in a similar situation and am being told I have to wait 7 days for a technician to come by in order to fix the issue.
