Downed cable lines

Like to get help with the lines in my backyard that took out Internet from the whole neighborhood. They had to replace the pole in my backyard along with the electricity lines, and obviously didn’t replace the cable lines because they only do electricity. The tree in my backyard broke off into multiple places that fell on the lines. They set an appointment up for me when they get here to realize that one person cannot fix all this.
