Downed cable line
For a week now there has been a downed cable line in my yard that was on top of my car. This downed line caused me to miss 5 days of work and on the 6th day my boss told me if I didn't show up that I would be fired so I had to get a taxi to and from work as well as to the grocery store multiple times. This issue has cost me more than $1,200 in lost wages and transportation costs.
I have contacted Xfinity multiple times and even received a time the technician would be out here which was between 12:00 and 2:00 on July 20th. After 3:00 p.m. I contacted Xfinity and was told that they were actually scheduled to come between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. which they never did and they never called so it was a no call no show. I contacted again a couple days later wondering when it was going to be completed couldn't get an answer so finally I had to get the fire department to come and remove the line from my vehicle so that I could resume using it. I was just on the phone and on hold for over 30 minutes with a supervisor who told me he was going to look into the issue and then sent me to the sales department to sell me cable and more internet services. This is the second time that I've contacted and they've tried to sell me something instead of fixing the problem. Since the line fell we have had many problems with our internet and have received multiple text saying that there is an outage at my address but no one arrives to fix the problem. I've been with Xfinity for 5+ years and I've always told everyone about what great service they have....until today. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received. I do not feel appreciated as a customer nor do I feel that my time is appreciated. I honestly don't know what to do anymore concerning these services because no one should have to go through this. I might lose my home because I don't have the money to pay the rent because I missed a week of work because there was a cable line that I was told repeatedly by your company not to touch and under no circumstances should I remove it from the vehicle and I should wait for a technician. You would think that a downed line on a car would be more important than new service however it's not. I cannot State how utterly disappointed I am.

Did I mention that every time I call in they disconnect my services for 5 to 15 minutes at a time? Or now that I'm trying to voice my concerns and complain during the in the forum there keeps being issues and this is the fifth time that I've rewritten this because it erases everything and says error?
