Downed Cable Line

My cable line, that goes from the house to a pole, is currently dangling in my driveway, on my car.  I reported this incident yesterday, June 27th, via the Xfinity assistant.  A few hours later, I got a response saying the issue had been resolved.  I checked and saw that the cable was still waving in the breeze, so I submitted another report via the Xfinity assistant.  Now it's June 28th, and not only am I worried this cable could fall further onto the ground and hurt someone, I also need it moved away from my car so I can drive again.
