Downed cable line

I have a downed cable line in my backyard resulting in no internet connection, I’ve tried using the Xfinity assistant to speak to a live agent but all it does is tell me to report an outage and I have to start over. The cable line has been down before and this is the only way I know how to reach a real person for help so any help would be appreciated!
