Downed cable line
I spent an hour trying to alert Comcast/Xfinity that the cable line is down hanging over my driveway and laying across my neighbor’s driveway — of course we have no internet service. There is still no voice command or written command on your autochat that recognizes such a scenario — which is ridiculous given how many times this issue has been raised in your found for years. Only when I finally connected via live chat could I get any response. All I was told was a service ticket was created and they couldn’t tell me when the repair crew would come out. No date or time available. Here we are two days later and the line is hanging lower and no one has come out. We have young children in the area, which I told the live chat agent. But that doesn’t matter either. If someone gets injured or killed as a result, it is on Comcast/Xfinity. Absolutely terrible customer service and conscious disregard for safety.

Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forum, @user_98917c. I can absolutely understand this frustration. When you used the chat, did you advise that your services were also down?
I will be more than happy to take a look to see what is going on and get it moving forward!
Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
