Downed cable line, system will NOT let me report it

Hi there

I have a downed cable line in my backyard that is impacting my service and is a safety threat. When I try to report the safety issue online via the chat, it says there is an error submitting my issue. When I try to call the service line, it kicks me out saying I am not able to speak to an agent until my services have been fixed, which will not be fixed because the cable line is down. I understand there may be a larger outage impacting service but not being able to report a downed cable line so it is in the system and at least acknowledged that it needs to be fixed is unacceptable.

I am not able to get ANYONE on the phone to talk to me and have been trying for 4 days.

We're happy to assist with the downed cable line issue. Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name and address so we may further assist you.
