Downed cable line and pole

There is a downed cable line and pole in my neighbor's property that dragged down my fence and several large tree branches

user_i3x4e2 Thanks for reaching out about the downed line that we need to get put back up. You mentioned the pole as well fell down correct? Was this pole a utility pole with more than just our cable on it?
