Down wires on my street that are landline wires

There are wires down that are dangerous to the entrance of my street. [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Ga Power was out last evening for 5 hours and AT&T was out this morning. They say it is a Cable line and we needed to contact Comcast. This is urgent!

there are downed wires at a property in Paoli PA and they are comcast wires - how do I get them put back up??

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
