DOWN WIRES THAT ARE XFINITY WIRES AND NO RESOLVE

WIRES HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A DANGEROUS SITUATION MULTIPLE TIMES AS THEY ARE IN REACH OF SMALL HANDS. HAVE ASKED TO GET A PHONE CALL WHEN TECHNICIAN ARRIVES TO POINBT OUT EXACT LOCATION. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN!!! THEY DONT SHOW UP AND THEN SAY "ISSUE RESOLVED" IT IS NOT!

NEED TO SKIP THE PHONE PROMPTS THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY CATEGORY FOR THIS SITUATION BECAUSE IT IS NOT A PERSONAL ACCOUNT, IT IS ON PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT USE XFINITY AND GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE

Thanks for reaching out to share the situation with the downed cabling in your area, @user_gozy0p. Sorry to hear this has been hard to report, and has taken a while to get corrected. Since you're sure they're Xfinity lines, we'll take a closer look to see what's been done. Please send us a Direct Message with your name, address, or the nearest address to the lines. We look forward to hearing from you.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press Enter to send it.

You can see how to send us a direct message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.
