down wires on my roof

​I don't have an Xfinity account but I have telephone lines lying on my roof and sagging very low over my deck and backyard, ruining my fruit trees and my roof.  I need these removed immediately. This is not only poses a safety hazard but it is an extreme eyesore.  I have tried contacting Xfinity numerous time over the past year to take care of this and have gotten zero response. ​
