Down wire
I thought I had an electric wire down. The electric company checked it, and they said it is a cable wire and to contact you. It is blocking my driveway at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Please come take care of it. Thank you.

Hello, @user_1nsw05. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! That is definitely something we'd like to address ASAP. By chance, have you already tried to request help via the Xfinity Assistant? That's one of the fastest ways to get a ticket created if you haven't done so already.
