Hello, user_sgpbl3! Thanks for letting us know that a wire is down and needs to be repaired. You can report a hazardous line using the Xfinity Assistant. That will open a ticket to our Dispatch team. The dispatch team sets up a visit to address the line. The ticket is closed once the visit is set up as it moves to the hands of our Line team. They make it out there as quickly as possible to repair that and work from 8 AM-8 PM daily. Our team is also happy to help.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
