Down wire in road

Absolutely ridiculous that xfinity/Comcast has not been out with a down wire in road and dangling from neighbors house. I've called several times and keep getting told, "we will come when safe." It's never been so sunny and calm in Florida the past day and half! It's hard to get a human on line and no one wants to help. Only thing customer service does is read from a pre scripted card. Terrible service! Do not recommend to anyone. Not to mention it is down at least 1-2x per month
