Down power line in back yard corner
We have a down comcast power line in the corner of our back yard. If you can have someone come and remove it we would greatly appreciate it. We have small children and a pet and don't want anyone being hurt. Our address is <Edited: Personal Information> We are also comcast customer but this has not affected our service.

Hi there, @user_xp5o67! Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out about the downed line in your yard. I certainly understand with small children and a pet that needs to be taken care of ASAP.
You can report downed lines that post a safety risk using the Xfinity Assistant. This link shows the instructions, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue. That will open the same exact ticket we would. Our dispatch team gets the ticket, sets up a visit for the line team, and closes the ticket. From there, the line team comes out within 72 hours to fix the line since it is a safety concern.
If you prefer we get the ticket set up for you, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
