Down power Cale line

I’ve been calling and texting about this issue since over 3 weeks ago when tornado’s went through Tallahassee , a electric truck knocked out our internet and the low hanging Comcast cables connected to 3 power poles on our property ., Comcast was out there the other day and my husband told them while they were fixing the down line that went over old st Augustine rd that they also needed to follow through with the cut lines that went to the other power poles on our property ..they ignored him and said it was another crew that would do that .. so now here we are almost a month out with no internet and no way to get someone to fix hanging cable line and reconnect and fix issue this happened when I first setup xfinity and it took me 3 months to get someone out there ., I had to report it to the FCC and anyone else who cared.
