Hello, I reside on Cleveland Ave. in Hobart, Indiana. We had a nasty storm here the other day and it took down what appears to be the physical  Internet line. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service, but I’m told there are no live agents to speak to. I understand the service cannot be restored until the line is fixed.

Good afternoon user_hjasql thank you for reaching out through our Xfinity Community Forum. I can certainly understand the concern if service has been interrupted because of weather. We do send out communications by text message, are you currently signed up for our text communications? If you are not, you can get more information here. When weather related incidents do occur our teams need to wait for the okay to begin work for safety. We definitely work to get service back up and running as promptly as possible.
