How do you report and get a down cable wire fixed? I’ve had 6 tickets, all closed and several phone calls in about 5 days. This process is trash. I hope nobody trips or a vehicle doesn’t get caught and someone sues Comcast. 

or maybe I can print this out along with all of my closed tickets to give that persons attorney.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
