Down cable wires
There are wires hanging from the pole in my yard. I called the electric utility company and they came out to investigate and said they were not power lines, but Xfinity cable lines. I'm trying to find a phone number to call to reach customer service, but this is all I've found. Is there a number I can call to get a service truck to fix or remove the lines?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
