Down cable line

The cable line at [Edited: Personal Information] is down on ground and arching in my backyard causing tripping hazard.  I've tried calling, I tried reporting it on the report page and it's not working says report not submitted try again!!!

Cable line is on the ground and arching in backyard causing tripping hazard.  Trying to call to report it and I can't through to live agent.  Even the page that supposed to let you report it keeps saying try again.  I'm really frustrated!

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. 
Press Enter to send it.
