Down cable line
I have a torn cable line and a low hanging line.Its been like this now for a few days and comcast/xfinity acts like this is not a saftey issue. Its been reported tuesday and they won't be out until the following week. How is this acceptable?? A semi truck struck it driving down the road because the last tech hung it too low! I have yet had a tech reach out to me or show up to evaluate or make repairs. This customer service is horrible and i dont think they have any regards concerning saftey to the public or their costomers. If they did this down line would have been a priority!
