Down cable line hanging in my driveway

I guess this isn't important to your company that this cable was knocked down by a storm and has been hanging in between my house and garage for the last 7 days. There are also broken cables that are in my yard that are old lines from your company. I need a technician immediately to come and either fix or remove them. This is a dangerous situation and I don't appreciate the lack of response from your company.
