Double Charged
They double charged me on accident and when I called to get a refund on the second charge they said they couldn’t issue one. YOU guys are the ones that messed up why should I be the one to go without money?

Typically, we can only issue a refund when there's a credit balance on the account, no matter who submitted the payment(s). To confirm, is there now a credit balance owed back to you on the account?
