Double charged and WiFi not working

I was charged on January 22nd and again on January 26th. I got an email today stating that I need to renew my pass because it’s expired. My WiFi hasn’t been working for the past three days

Hello @user_94r7qc Sorry to hear the Wi-Fi is not working. We would love to help figure this out for you. Just to clarify did you pay for the NOW Wi-Fi pass or do you have our regular in home service?

Our team will unfortunately not have access to anything with the NOW Wi-Fi pass. Customer service contact information should be in the email confirmation you received after paying for it. Otherwise you can also try the support chat at Xfinity.com/NOW
