doordash gift card never received

Hello, i sign up for xfinity with a student benefit and should receive a doordash gift card after 90 days with my account, I never received the card or an answer from xfinity.

Hello, @user_r79l3k were you able to check the status of your Doordash gift card at our https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/? After 90 days your status to receive this card should be available. Please let us know.

@XfinityThomasC​  I already checked that and it says an award was issued to my email, but I never received and email. I checked spam, trash but nothing.
