Doorbell installation
I ordered a Xfinity video/doorbell and our doorbell is battery operated. I also have the Xfinity smart home services. I can’t afford to hire someone to come install it and need help with this

Hi there user_x7kuck, thanks for joining us here in our community forum and reaching out! If you have Xfinity Home Pro Monitoring, we can assist with scheduling an Xfinity technician to come out, or if you subscribe to Xfinity Home Self Protection, you can book an appointment with HelloTech to install the doorbell. There is still a charge involved with either option though, I apologize.
