DONT RECOMMEND NOW - Spent 4 hours between two days to get on NOW from my existing Diamond user xfinity service

I spent over 4 hours over two days to switch to NOW 200Mbps service from my existing plan. I have been a comcast customer for over 25 years (Diamond). This was my worst experience ever to the point where I am now finding an alternative internet provider to switch to.  Most of the support staff were fine however the xfinity provisioning system to signup for the NOW service seems either not wanting people to switch (big SCAM) or is buggy to the point where its unusable. 

My worst experience with Comcast/xfinity in years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOW, instead look for another internet provider.
