Don't make appointment in Lombard il. Store

Don't make an appointment there because they don't honor them. Head a 230pm appointment to turn in a modem. Checked in at two twenty five.Then, I realized after I was sitting there twenty five minutes.They were just saying next, they weren't even honoring the appointments. Manager lied to me about the lady that was saying next was just taking returned equipment.Which exactly what I was doing. I asked the manager who checked me in.So I can make a complaint, and he said there was no way to know that.So I know he was lying. Receipt #[Edited: "Personal Information"]

The person that checked me in and then lied and said. He didn't check me in his name was William [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Two of the employee girls in the store in my twenty five minutes waiting, we're standing by the middle of the store, pulling their phones up and gossiping, making no help to anyone of the twelve people that were sitting on waiting seats.Absolutely pathetic customer service
