Don’t join Xfinity
Xfinity never sent me the full amount of money to pay off Verizon for the remaining balance owed on my device. Every time I talk to an agent, a new support ticket is submitted and I have to wait another 7-10 business days for a response. It’s now been 2 months and my Verizon bill has gone to collections. I will now be going out of my way to warn people against joining any Xfinity service. Thanks
