Don't have a Coaxial Outlet, Scheduling for Tech Assistance
I just received my xFI Gateway yesterday, was looking around the house and could only find a ethernet outlet rather than a coaxial outlet which can't help me setup my gateway since the coax cable IS required to setup the gateway, but there was previously a DIRECTV cable provider that's inactive but still have wires running through the house, with the coax box for it outside of the house and was wondering if there is anything I could do with it or an entirely new line needs to be installed instead

Good afternoon @NorthernParz, if you need a wall plate installed and internal wiring run, that type of work is done by an electrician or general contractor.

I need help setting up an appointment with a a technician but there is no way to set it up. No means of trying to get to someone. I want to schedule an appointment with some one so they can set up the modem at my apartment.
