Don’t cut other isps coax cable
Hi, I’m getting Xfinity internet this Friday, I was wondering. I already have an isp but I’m keeping my orginal isp and just getting Xfinity for my self I was wondering if you guys could be careful and not cut the other isp coax cable thanks

The tech should be able to navigate around the existing service the best they can. The tech will also give you a call before they arrive, and I would advise you to let the tech know during that call. This way, they know what to expect, and you can discuss your options for the new outlet and cable installation.
