Xfinity is a joke. I was on the phone for hours lastnight because I was being charged for a line that I didnt know about i didnt even know the number to that line. I asked them to turn the line off and give me back some money since ive been charged for years. The man told me he would give me give me a discount for the money they owed me and nothing would change. I woke up this morning to all my channels being gone. So I get back on the phone with them waited on hold for a supervisor  for over an hour to be told they cant give me back my channels I would have to wait 20 days for them to look into the problem but it was easy for you to change everything lastnight. It ridiculous. Today im looking into other services in my area because after being a customer for over 30 years im done with this company. They also need to stop having call centers seas because most of the time theres a language barrier.

It can be frustrating when you are paying for services you aren't using. I'd be happy to take a look at your account and services, and see what options we have that will fit better; that will not impact your TV services. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
