Done with Xfinity
For two weeks straight, the WiFi has been going on and off. It started, I’ll say the first of the month, on The Weeknd (So like April 3rd-4th) and when it did I told myself “Oh, well the WiFis been acting funny all day, maybe they’re doing some weekend maintenance and it’ll get back right Monday.” Monday comes around, the WiFi disconnects again and stays down for a good bit, the next day the same thing happens, Here I am telling myself again “Maybe they have some updates, that’s going to take the week, hopefully by next week or the weekend, it’ll get back right” NO, it’s not, it’s about to go on 3 weeks and the WiFi is still on and off. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wires and everything, nothing works. I’m done with Xfinity, ive been giving them excuses after excuses after all these years, I have 2 jobs and I have someone who goes to school and take their classes at home after work, we don’t have time for mess like this. Even STILL while I’m typing this the service is down and it’s been like 8 minutes and I just left work..Yall dropped the ball comcast..

Hello user_wo1rwj! I'm sorry to read of the ongoing trouble we are having with the wireless connections with the frequent drops. I know how much and how long a drop in connection can take you to recover and restart systems when working and going to school from home. I appreciate your patience while waiting to see if this was an issue what would be corrected with an area update. I don't think I would have been able to wait this long with the repeated issues. Let's figure this out and get your internet working again so that everyone at home can get back to work and school without these daily drops.
